Our 2nd Anniversary Party With Cynthia Fuente We were thrilled when our old friend Cynthia Fuente attended our 2nd Anniversary Party. There were great promotions on all Fuente Cigars and door prizes included Opus X freebies. Eighty or more enjoyed cigars, Mojitos by Kyle and great food from Carrabba's.
A Special Wine Tasting Mack's Cigar Shop hosted Vanessa Boggs owner of VBoggs Gallery in Suwanee for a special wine tasting free of charge. There were promotional discounts on all cigars.
Ashton Road Show Mack's Cigar Shop hosted Manny Ferrero, Ashton's National Sales Manager, for a special cigar tasting, accompanied by Gus Merkle, Ashton's Southeastern Sales Representative. Manny Ferrero served a vital role with Robert Levin, President of Ashton, in the creation of the Ashton brand. Purchase of a $10 ticket afforded two cigars: an Ashton Classic and Ashton Aged Maduro. Attendees also enjoyed free sauvignon blanc, Granny Smith apples, and walnuts with the Ashton Classic and fine bourbon and expensive dark chocolate with the Ashton Aged maduro. Door prizes included a large Savoy humidor.
Mojitos with Litto Litto Gomez, founder of La Flor Dominicana, visited Mack's Cigar shop shortly after Cigar Aficionado awarded the La Coronado Double Corona by La Flor the number one American-legal cigar and the second best cigar overall of 2006. Mack's also had a bartender serve freshly made Mojitos and wine free for all attendees. La Flor Dominicana, being a huge favorite at Mack's Cigar shop, greatly welcomed Litto Gomez along with La Flor Dominicana's Southeastern Sales Representative Brad Arlington and National Sales Manager Jack Sandlin.
Customer Appreciation Party Mack's Cigar Shop held a Customer Appreciation Party with promotional discounts on all cigars along with free drinks.
Rocky Patel Factory Tour Twelve customers from Mack's Cigar Shop visited Rocky Patel's factory in Honduras to see how cigars go from seed to retails stores. Rocky Patel provided facilities, food and cigars for 4 days to the attendees of the tour.
A Visit from CAO President Tim Ozgener Mack's Cigar Shop hosted Tim Ozgener, President of CAO Cigars, and Regional Sales Manager Jeff Tinnell for a very special event. They sampled many of CAO's popular cigars such as the CAO Mx2 and the CAO Sopranos. Tim Ozgenershared his passion for cigars in the personal environment at Mack's Cigar Shop. Door prizes included free cigars and ashtrays.
Rocky Patel Visits Mack's Mack's Cigar Shop hosted Rocky Patel for a personal visit with Mack's customers. Rocky Patel sampled many of his fine lines including the Edge and Olde World Reserve. Fred from Carrabba's Duluth provided the food and Mack's provided the beer. Door prizes included cigars and ashtrays but most importantly included two trips to Hondurasfor a factory tour of Rocky Patel's facilities.
Mack's First Great Steak-Out Morton's Steakhouse in Buckhead hosted Mack's Cigar shop for a special night of steak and cigars. Ashton cigars were provided by Mack's Cigar Shop and Gus Merkle from Ashton Distributor's attended.
Davidoff Party Mack's Cigar Shop hosted Regional Sales Representative of Davidoff Steve Dickinson for a special sampling of Davidoff's newest products, including Avo, Griffin, and Zino cigars. Door prizes included many bags of free cigars and ashtrays. No one went home empty-handed.
